GCC insures all balances through the FDIC and accepted anywhere Visa is accepted. They are PIN protected and do not require you to have a bank account while allowing you instant access to your money 24/7. CARES Act Stimulus Payment Information for Cardholders

On Friday, March 27, 2020 the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) was signed into law. As a result, many GCC cardholders could be eligible to receive financial relief from the government in the form of a stimulus payment via direct deposit or physical check.

All cardholders have been enabled to receive stimulus payments via direct deposit if they choose to. For those who received either 2018 or 2019 tax refunds to their Global Cash Card, this will be done automatically. If not, they will either need to register to get direct deposit or wait for a check. If you're not already set up to receive IRS refunds via direct deposit, you are encouraged to do so by logging in at globalcashcard.com to get your account and routing numbers. How and when will I be paid?

You will be paid an hourly wage and prior to the start of your assignment, you will be told how to record and report your time. Time worked is due by 10:00 a.m. every Monday. Payday is every Friday for time worked in the preceding week. You will receive your pay electronically either by direct deposit to your bank account or by a paycard. No paper checks will be issued.

How does the paycard work?

Paycards operate similar to traditional PIN-based debit cards. The Arnold Group (TAG) issues paycards to our employees and electronically deposits (loads) wages into the paycard account each pay period.

What is a PIN?

PIN is an acronym for Personal Identification Number - a four (4) digit/numeric code.

When will I be issued a paycard?

If you do not sign up for direct deposit, a paycard will be issued to you on or before your first TAG payday (Friday.) You can pick up your paycard from any of The Arnold Group's locations. Keep your paycard in a safe place.

How quickly do I have access to my wages on paydays?

Earned wages from the previous workweek are available every Friday.

Where can I find my earnings statement/paystub?

Your earnings statement/paystub can be accessed from TAG's WebCenter.

Where can I access my money from?

Completing a Cash Advance Teller Transaction at any financial institution - this provides you with a means of fund access withdrawal at no cost to you for an amount up to and including the total amount of the your net wages.
You can access your wages via an ATM or by using the cash back feature.
You can also use the card and your PIN to purchase goods and services.

Are there any fees to use the paycard?

After the first transaction, there may be additional fees to use the paycard until your next pay period.

How do I keep my transaction fees low?

When making purchases, select "credit" to initiate a signature transaction...there is no fee.
Always ask for "Cash Back" at grocery stores when using your PIN. "Cash Back" is free of any fee.
Always know your balance (check online or by phone...it's free) so you avoid decline and over limit fees.

How do I activate my cash card?

Call 866.395.9200 and follow the prompts; OR
Go online: www.globalcashcard.com

You will be asked to set up a four digit PIN. Once completed, you will be able to access your funds.

Is my money secure?

Yes. Your money is protected by the use of a PIN and Visa and MasterCard's Zero Liability Policy. Additionally, all card balances are guaranteed by the FDIC.

What to do if my PIN or paycard has been lost or stolen?

Notify Global Cash Card Customer Service at 866.395.9200 immediately. Funds on your lost paycard will be "frozen" and transferred to a new card, which can be obtained from any of The Arnold Group's locations.

Can I pull all of my money off the card?

Yes, you can withdraw all funds from your paycard using the surcharge free ATM's or you can pull all of your money off the paycard using "G Checks."
